[ 02 / THE WORK ]CHALLENGE → APPROACH → IMPACT
01 / THE CHALLENGETHE PROBLEM.
Understanding what needed to change.
A pioneer expo in a category it helped create, needing a new visual theme every season that could work at the scale of a hall and at the size of a phone screen.
02 / THE APPROACHTHE WORK.
Building the system, not just the surface.
Conceived the visual theme and environmental graphics across multiple event seasons, then rolled the same identity through the social content so the feed and the floor were recognisably one event.
03 / THE OUTCOMETHE IMPACT.
The result beyond the presentation.
Social engagement grew 200% within two months against a 74,000-follower base, and the events held their standing as one of the country’s largest.
